A day at the zoo

A few weeks ago we had an absolutely beautiful weekend and we spent the whole weekend outside. We spent Saturday walking the outdoor shopping and the Plaza and then Sunday we took the boys to the zoo. We decided it would be worth it to buy season passes so we could take the boys whenever we wanted. I am so excited for our many adventures to the zoo.

I was very surprised that both boys fed the goats. Luke was a little unsure and would start backing up when the goat would start taking the food out of his hand. It was really cute.

I think we spent $2 on food because Levi continued to want to feed them more. It was a great experience. The boys and I climbed a tree house and waved down at daddy
There is a really fun playground at the zoo and the boys had a blast playing.

Overall, it was a great weekend and I look forward to many more trips to the zoo and fabulous weekends.

EXCITING NEWS!

This little cutie is going to be a big brother in the fall!
Our new little joy will have two big brothers that will love him/her to pieces.

I have neglected my blog for far too long. I've missed posting and I have so many wonderful pictures of our adventures to post. Those will come over the next few days. The last few weeks I have been under the weather. I had a case of morning (all day) sickness. This wasn't your normal sickness. I ended up in the ER getting fluids for dehydration and they gave me some magic medicine to ease the sickness and I am finally getting my energy back.
I have announced the pregnancy on twitter and on facebook but decided I would also announce on my blog as well. This will be a great place for family and friends to keep up with all things baby and family.

Indoor Baseball

We had a little indoor baseball game the other night. It was not a good idea but it was a lot of fun. Luke got hit in the face with the little ball but he didn't even cry. He is one tough cookie. They had a lot of fun chasing the ball around. We improvised and started using a large water jug as a tee and it worked great. Levi had really good aim. I can't wait until he can start playing t-ball.
